We are located in Auckland New Zealand. Our address details are below. We are unable to process orders for many overseas destinations. Also, as many of the machines we sell are specific to NEW ZEALAND conditions, or require significant assembly, overseas orders may not be possible, but by all means please CONTACT US

Safety –

For SAFETY reasons some machines require “pre-delivery” assembly & safety or service checking. Because of our concern for your safety some products cannot be sent in a disassembled state. For this reason, and also because of “STIHL Dealership regulations” we cannot sell STIHL branded equipment online. If you cannot find a local dealer or if you are interested in STIHL equipment & accessories please CONTACT US or phone us toll free on 0800-806883 (NZ only).

Product Range –

Please choose from the extensive list of categories on our site. The “Buywright” site has an extensive & growing selection of product categories & individual stock lines, but not all of our products are shown. If you can't find the Category or Product you are looking for, please CONTACT US

Delivery –

Some items shown on “Buywright” may not be suitable for delivery as there is SAFETY or WARRANTY or SERVICEABILITY concerns. For items that can be delivered the delivery time is usually within a couple of working days, but this can vary depending on your location. When we process your order we will give you a time indication.

Warranty –

For any warranty issues, please contact us directly. All warranty repairs are on a “return to base” warranty basis.

Errors & Mistakes –

While all efforts are made to check pricing, product specification and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Wrights reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.

We encourage feedback about our website and on any of the products, services or accessories you may have purchased. Please feel free to point out any errors you see.

Wright’s may revise, withdraw and/or discontinue Products at any time without notice as part of Wright’s policy of on-going Product up-date and revision of our BUYWRIGHT website. Revised or updated Products will have the functionality and performance of the Products ordered. The Customer accepts that Wright’s policy may result in slight differences between the specification of Products illustrated and the exact specification of Products delivered to the Customer. Some pricing may be different to those prices shown, on the same item in store.

As some product illustrations are designed to cater for the global market and where New Zealand local content has been specified, these illustrations may differ slightly from that product offered in New Zealand.

Wright’s will not credit freight charges as part of any refund. Wright’s will not accept any freight forward charge without written consent prior to product being freight forwarded.
